Revamp of a revamp. Reduced cuteness, amplified mysticism. It's the Celebi/Mew/Jirachi of Pokemon Oxide! Might as well reveal the name already since

A Pokemon of folklore said to be responsible for evolution. Although it has the ability to make certain Pokemon evolve, it is also capable of causing devolution when necessary.



The name Shinkaru was taken from the Japanese translation of "evolve," shinka suru.

Simple joke, but still very funny.
The design is interesting! So this is the "fairy" of your region? I've got a Bug/Psychic in my dex too, but it's no legendary like yours. The wraps and the body style do add to the mysticism, though to be honest, I didn't know this was part Bug type before I clicked the thumb XD

Yeahup it's the fairy! TBH I might actually change the design again, make it a bit darker maybe, or cuter. Gonna play with which looks better with which. :D And yes. It doesn't look like a bug just yet hehe

Well, it looks great as it is, but maybe the "scarf" could take on a shape, or go a certain way? Maybe there are two ends going up and down, representing evolution and de-evolution? :? Maybe you could build from these suggestions?

Yeahup. The drapes are my concern. :/ The fact that it's white somehow makes me think it's a little pink critter that just came from the shower LOL. I can't find a good color to match with a pink base color except for white, but white wasn't the best choice IMO looking at it now D:
